Refund policy

We want you to love your PureBreath Co purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at purebreathco.contact@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll offer a full refund or a free replacement — whichever you prefer — and in most cases, you won't need to send anything back.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method once approved. If you simply change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of delivery; return shipping costs in that case are the customer's responsibility.
